My background is in performing arts, and I am able to offer a specialist service to those working in the field of
Performing Arts and Media.I have first-hand experience of the pressures to perform at a high level, the impact of one's esteem being wrapped up in each performance, as well as the great joy of performing.
I know, too, how the lifestyle of those working in these fields can put personal relationships under great strain. The balance between life and work is blurred when your work is your greatest joy, and this can be very confusing. There are great temptations in this world and these can end in addictions, betrayals and regrets.
I understand the depression and panic that is experienced when careers falter and the extreme elation when one is affirmed by a good review, a new role or opportunity.

Initial Consultation,We will have a consultation before starting, to look at how we might work together and decide if counselling would be beneficial for you. There is no commitment to ongoing sessions at this stage.
How much will it cost?The initial consultation and sessions will cost between £45 and £65, and can be arranged for once or twice a week.
