It may help to have a space in which to explore your thoughts and feelings. You may wonder why there are patterns which seem to be repeated throughout your home and working life.
My name is Tara Harrison and I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I have a practice in Victoria, Central London and one in Clapham, South West London and is easily reached from Balham, Battersea and Wandsworth.
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of exploring and making sense of difficult feelings and events. This may enable you to live life more fully, as we explore how these issues are impacting your life, work and relationships.
I am experienced in helping clients who have difficulties with :
Stress
Depression
Relationship problems
Feelings of sadness or anger
Anxiety
Bereavement
Redundancy, retirement or changes in one's stage of life.
Performing at a high level and the pressures associated.
Initial Consultation
We will have a consultation before starting, to look at how we might work together and decide if counselling would be beneficial for you. There is no commitment to ongoing sessions at this stage.
How much will it cost?
The initial consultation and sessions will cost between £45 and £65,depending on the time of the session, and your personal circumstances. Sessions can be arranged for once or twice a week.

My practices are situated on Victoria Steet, only one minute's walk from Victoria Rail Station and Underground,
and at The Awareness Centre in Abbeville Road, Clapham.
